Dear "Sweatfree Schools" Poster Contest Suppporters:

Since 1999, the New York State Labor-Religion Coalition and New York State United Teachers have sponsored a poster contest for K-12 students in New York state schools. We regret that the contest will not continue in the 2002-03 school year. Please contact us about other opportunities and resources for teaching about child labor and sweatshops. Our colorful traveling exhibit of "Sweatfree Schools" posters featuring winners from past years is also available. Thanks to the hundreds of students and teachers who have participated in this contest, learned about child labor and communicated that learning through art.
